- Can I buy or sell crypto before I've completed full identity verification, even though I can't withdraw yet? Yes — buying, selling, and swapping crypto only require the base level of identity verification that unlocks crypto access at all; withdrawing crypto to an external address requires an additional, higher verification tier that trading does not.
- Saving and managing crypto withdrawal addresses (address book / whitelist) Save, label, favorite, and remove crypto withdrawal addresses so you don't have to re-type them each time — a newly saved address is usable immediately, with no extra waiting period before you can withdraw to it.
- My crypto withdrawal failed — will I get my funds back? If your crypto withdrawal shows Failed, your wallet was already debited when you submitted it — the fix is a credit back, not a status-only relabel, and Paysavo's system automatically reverses it when the failure happened before the provider ever accepted the withdrawal.
- Does Paysavo charge a fee when I buy, sell, or swap crypto? Yes — a crypto buy, sell, or swap quote can include a per-pair trading fee (fixed or percentage, configured per currency pair) plus a currency-conversion (FX) fee, and optionally a markup, all combined into the effective price and fee shown in your quote before you confirm — this is separate from the network fee charged on withdrawals.
- Why does it say this network isn't supported for this crypto asset? Paysavo checks the asset/network combination against its own supported catalogue before contacting the crypto provider — if the network doesn't exist for that asset (or the asset itself isn't recognized), you'll see a distinct 'not supported' message, different from a network that's just temporarily paused.
- Why do I need a verification code to add, edit, or remove a crypto withdrawal address? Adding, editing, or removing a saved crypto withdrawal address always requires an email code, and an authenticator app code as well if you have one set up, because Paysavo treats it as a beneficiary change, not a routine edit.
- Why does my crypto trade show as "Partial Fill"? A Partial Fill means your buy, sell, or swap order matched in the market before it fully completed at your requested amount — Paysavo settles the portion that did fill and reflects that in your balance rather than leaving the whole trade unresolved.
- Why was my crypto withdrawal rejected after manual review, and are my funds returned? If a withdrawal that was placed into manual review is rejected rather than approved, the full amount is automatically credited back to your Paysavo balance and the withdrawal is marked rejected — you don't need to take any action to get the funds back.
- Will I be notified when my crypto deposit arrives or my withdrawal completes? Yes — Paysavo sends a notification when a crypto deposit is credited, and when a withdrawal completes, fails, or is rejected; each notification is deduplicated so you won't be notified twice for the same event.
- If a crypto deposit notification is processed more than once, will I be credited twice? No — Paysavo recognizes a repeat deposit notification for the same transaction (by user, currency, address, and transaction hash) and will not credit your balance a second time for it, even if the underlying provider sync runs more than once.
- My crypto deposit hasn't shown up in my balance yet — what should I check? A crypto deposit that hasn't appeared yet is almost always a timing issue — the network is still confirming, or Paysavo hasn't finished its own processing step — rather than a lost transaction; here's what to check before contacting support.
- Does Paysavo have an anti-phishing code feature? Not yet — Paysavo has an anti-phishing security phrase for withdrawal emails marked "coming soon" in the product, but it isn't live yet, so there isn't currently a personal code you can set to verify a Paysavo email is genuine.
- Which crypto assets can I trade on Paysavo? The list of tradeable crypto assets and supported networks is maintained live in the app and can change, so it isn't hard-coded here — check the trade screen for the current list.
- Why is there a minimum amount for crypto withdrawals? Every crypto withdrawal has a minimum amount, based on the underlying network/provider's own minimum plus the network fee, so the amount actually sent is never negative or worthless — the exact minimum for your asset and network is shown before you confirm.
- Sending crypto directly to another Paysavo user Paysavo lets you send crypto directly to another Paysavo user's account without a blockchain transaction or network fee — it's an internal transfer that updates both balances immediately.
- Why does my account say crypto is temporarily unavailable? Crypto access as a whole (viewing, buying, selling, and withdrawing) can be temporarily paused for account-level reasons like a compliance review or account suspension — separate from and broader than any single deposit or withdrawal issue.
- Why was my crypto withdrawal declined instead of going through? A withdrawal is declined outright (rather than left pending) mainly for two verified reasons — insufficient balance, or an unsupported network for that asset — both of which are shown to you immediately so you can correct and retry.
- "Address does not match selected network" when withdrawing crypto This error means the address you entered doesn't fit the format of the blockchain network you selected — pick the network the address actually belongs to, or re-check the address for typos.
- Do I need to transfer funds between a Paysavo app account and a separate exchange account? No — Paysavo is a single unified account for wallet, trading, and card features; there's no separate "app" product and "exchange" product with their own balances that you need to transfer funds between.
- Does Paysavo offer crypto staking or earn rewards? No — Paysavo does not currently have a staking or crypto-earn product; there's no staking model, service, or reward-accrual mechanism in the codebase.
- Does Paysavo support limit orders or an order book for crypto trading? No — Paysavo's crypto trading is a quote-then-execute swap (you get a live price, confirm it before it expires, and the trade fills at that price), not an order-book exchange with limit, stop, or market order types.
- Does the capitalization of my crypto withdrawal address matter? Paysavo checks that an address matches the expected format for the selected network, but it does not require or enforce a specific letter-case (checksum) on Ethereum-style addresses — enter the address exactly as your destination wallet gave it to you.
- Crypto withdrawal verification requirements Every crypto withdrawal on Paysavo requires an email verification code, and additionally requires a Google Authenticator code if your account has TOTP step-up configured and you're enrolled — if step-up is required but you haven't set up TOTP yet, Paysavo blocks the withdrawal and directs you to set it up first.
- Understanding crypto trade status (accepted, processing, completed, failed) After you confirm a crypto trade it moves through accepted, then (if needed) processing, then completed or failed — Paysavo only ever shows you these four customer-safe stages, never internal routing details.
- Crypto network fees explained A crypto withdrawal includes a network fee that covers moving your crypto on its blockchain, calculated per asset and per network and shown to you before you confirm.
- How to deposit crypto into your Paysavo account Generate a deposit address for the asset and network you want to send, then send from an external wallet or exchange to that exact address (and memo/tag, if one is shown).
- Why are deposits or withdrawals unavailable for an asset or network? Paysavo can temporarily turn off deposits or withdrawals for a specific asset or network (for example during upgrade/maintenance windows) without affecting the asset elsewhere — this isn't specific to your account.
- Choosing the correct network for a crypto deposit or withdrawal The network you pick must match the network the crypto is actually moving on — many networks can produce addresses that look identical or valid on the wrong chain, so picking the wrong one can send funds where Paysavo can't credit them.
- Why is my crypto deposit address the same every time? Your deposit address for a given asset and network is normally the same address every time you view it — Paysavo reuses it rather than issuing a new one on every visit, as long as it still checks out.
- How to find and verify your crypto transaction on the blockchain (TxID) Once your crypto withdrawal has a transaction ID, Paysavo shows it on the withdrawal details screen with a direct link to view it on a public blockchain explorer for supported networks.
- How to withdraw crypto from Paysavo, step by step Withdrawing crypto is a two-step preview-then-confirm flow: choose the asset, network, and destination address, review the fee and amount you'll receive, then confirm with your verification code.
- I submitted a crypto withdrawal twice — was I charged twice? No — Paysavo recognizes a repeated withdrawal confirmation using the same request and returns your original withdrawal instead of creating and debiting a second one.
- I lost access to my authenticator app and can't withdraw crypto The emailed verification code is always required for crypto withdrawals; a Google Authenticator code is only additionally required if your account already has it enabled — if you never set it up, losing an authenticator app you don't use doesn't block withdrawals.
- How many confirmations does my crypto deposit need? The number of blockchain confirmations required before a crypto deposit is credited is set per network, not a single fixed number across all assets — check your deposit's status in the app rather than assuming a fixed wait.
- "Address integrity check failed" when withdrawing crypto This message means Paysavo detected that a saved withdrawal address may have been tampered with, so it blocked the withdrawal as a precaution — you'll need to remove and re-add the address before you can use it again.
- How does Paysavo hold my crypto? Paysavo's crypto product is custodial: your crypto balance is held by Paysavo on your behalf inside Paysavo's own account infrastructure, not in a personal wallet where you hold the private keys.
- Why is my crypto withdrawal pending? A crypto withdrawal can stay pending because it's waiting on normal processing/network confirmation, or because it was routed to a routine manual review for larger amounts — neither on its own means something is wrong.
- Buying and selling crypto on Paysavo A crypto trade on Paysavo is a two-step flow — request a quote, then confirm it to execute — and pricing is always based on rates fetched fresh at the time of the quote.
- Why does my crypto quote expire? A crypto trade quote is only valid for a short, fixed window (120 seconds by default in Paysavo's current configuration) — if it expires before you confirm, you'll need to request a new one.
