Paysavo's tradeable crypto assets and their supported networks are maintained live in the app, not as a fixed list — this means the exact set can change over time as assets or specific networks are added, paused, or removed.
How to check what's currently supported
- Open the crypto trade or deposit screen in the app — the assets and networks offered there reflect what's actually available to your account right now.
- If an asset or a specific network for that asset isn't currently offered, it may be temporarily unavailable rather than permanently unsupported — availability is checked per asset and per network independently.
Troubleshooting
- If an asset you expect to see is missing, or a network option you've used before is gone, check the app again after a short wait, or contact support to ask about that specific asset/network.
