Start by logging in to your Paysavo account using your credentials.
Navigate to Transaction History:
Go to the 'Transactions' section, where you will find a detailed history of all
your transactions.
Select the Transaction:
Find and select the transaction you wish to cancel. Click on it to view the
transaction details.
Initiate Cancellation:
If the transaction is eligible for cancellation, you will see a 'Cancel
Transaction' button. Click this button to initiate the cancellation process.
Confirm Cancellation:
A confirmation prompt will appear. Review the transaction details and confirm
your cancellation request.
Receive Confirmation:
You will receive an email notification confirming that your transaction has been
successfully canceled. The canceled transaction will also be reflected in your
transaction history.
Note: Some transactions may not be eligible for cancellation due to processing
