How to withdraw crypto from Paysavo, step by step
Withdrawing crypto is a two-step preview-then-confirm flow: choose the asset, network, and destination address, review the fee and amount you'll receive, then confirm with your verification code.

To withdraw crypto from Paysavo, you first request a preview (a quote showing the network fee and the amount your destination will actually receive), then confirm that preview to send it. Nothing leaves your wallet until you complete the confirm step.
How it works
1. Choose the asset and network. Some assets are available on more than one blockchain network — pick the one that matches where you're sending to, since Paysavo validates that the address you enter matches the network you selected.
2. Choose the destination address. You can pick a previously saved (whitelisted) address, paste an address directly, or scan a QR code.
3. Enter the amount and review the preview. The preview shows the network fee and the net amount that will arrive at the destination. This preview is only valid for a short window — if you take too long to confirm, you'll need to request a new one.
4. Confirm with your verification code. Confirming a crypto withdrawal always requires a one-time code sent to your email. Depending on your account's security settings, you may also be asked for a code from your authenticator app.
5. Track the status. After confirming, the withdrawal moves through processing on the blockchain network until it completes.
Troubleshooting
- "Address does not match selected network" — the address format doesn't correspond to the network you chose. Double-check you selected the right network for that address.
- Preview/quote expired — you took too long between requesting the preview and confirming. Just start again and confirm more promptly.
- Amount below minimum — crypto withdrawals have a minimum amount that varies by asset and network; the app will tell you the required minimum for what you've selected.
