Will I be notified when my crypto deposit arrives or my withdrawal completes?

Yes — Paysavo sends a notification when a crypto deposit is credited, and when a withdrawal completes, fails, or is rejected; each notification is deduplicated so you won't be notified twice for the same event.

On this page

Paysavo notifies you at the key moments of a crypto deposit, withdrawal, or trade, rather than leaving you to check your transaction history to find out what happened.

What triggers a notification

  • Deposit credited — once a crypto deposit has been credited to your balance.
  • Withdrawal completed (including approved-and-processed) — once your withdrawal has gone through.
  • Withdrawal failed or rejected — if a withdrawal fails during processing, or is rejected after manual review (see 'Why was my crypto withdrawal rejected after manual review?').
  • Trade events — key moments in a buy/sell/swap trade's lifecycle also generate notifications.

How it works

Each of these notification types is built to avoid duplicate alerts — if the same underlying event were somehow processed more than once internally, you'd still only be notified about it once, rather than getting repeated notifications for something that already happened. Depending on your notification settings, you may receive this as a push notification, an email, or both.

Troubleshooting

  • If you didn't receive a notification you expected (for example, for a deposit that has clearly arrived in your balance), check your notification settings and that push notifications are enabled for your device, and check your email's spam folder.
  • Not receiving a notification doesn't mean the underlying deposit or withdrawal didn't happen — always check your actual balance and transaction history as the source of truth, and use the notification as a convenience on top of that.
