- Can I withdraw or receive a payout to my debit/credit card? No — card-based methods like Stripe can only be used to deposit (add money) into your Paysavo wallet; they are deliberately excluded from the list of methods you can choose to withdraw or receive a payout to.
- How to view your USD account details for an ACH or wire deposit Paysavo issues you a personal USD account number, routing number, and bank name (via Bridge) so you can receive an ACH or wire transfer — you'll find these details on the USD deposit screen once your account is ready.
- My mobile money deposit was rejected right away, not left pending If Flutterwave rejects a mobile money deposit request outright (wrong phone format, unsupported network, etc.), Paysavo shows an immediate error instead of a pending/approval-prompt state — this is different from a deposit that's stuck pending after you approved it.
- Why some mobile money deposits redirect to a page instead of sending a phone prompt Depending on your country, a Flutterwave mobile money deposit either sends an approval prompt straight to your phone, or opens a provider authorization page where you enter your mobile money PIN — both are normal, and which one you get depends on your country's mobile money rail.
- Why does Paysavo say 'Nigeria Bank only supports NGN currency'? Nigeria Bank (Paga) is a Nigerian Naira-only deposit and withdrawal method on Paysavo; selecting it for any other currency wallet is rejected before any provider call is made.
- Why was I asked to verify my card payment with my bank? For some card deposits your bank must confirm the payment is really you (3D Secure) before it goes through — this challenge is handled automatically by Stripe as part of confirming the payment, not a separate Paysavo step.
- Why did my card payment to fund my wallet fail or get declined? Card deposits are processed live through Stripe — if your card is declined or the payment fails, you land on a Payment Failed page and your wallet is never touched; try again with the same or a different card.
- The three different Flutterwave deposit experiences on Paysavo Flutterwave powers three visibly different Paysavo deposit experiences — a dedicated bank account number, a mobile money phone/redirect prompt, or the Capitec push-approval flow — and which one you see depends on the currency and payment method you pick, not on anything you configure.
- Why didn't I see my deposit account/bank details right away — do I need to request them first? Paysavo does not generate your dedicated deposit account (bank-style account/routing details) for a given currency in advance — it is created the first time you open that currency's deposit screen, and reused after that as long as it stays active.
- Depositing ZAR into Paysavo from Capitec Bank A Capitec (South Africa, ZAR) deposit sends an approval request to your Capitec app instead of giving you an account number to transfer to — enter your Capitec account number, linked phone number, and amount, then approve in the Capitec app within about 2 minutes.
- Why does it say deposits to my account are "temporarily paused"? If Paysavo's banking partner has blocked, suspended, or rejected your account record (distinct from the account simply still being reviewed for the first time), Paysavo shows a security-related "temporarily paused, please contact support" message rather than the generic verification-in-progress message.
- Why your bank transfer account details aren't showing yet If your USD ACH/wire deposit screen says your account details aren't ready, or your CAD EFT/wire instructions say they're temporarily unavailable, it's a deliberate safety check — Paysavo would rather show nothing than show the wrong bank details.
- Why does my bank-transfer deposit show as "Pending" before it's "Completed"? For deposits made by bank transfer (ACH, wire, SEPA, SPEI, PIX, and similar rails), Paysavo waits for a final confirmation from its banking partner before crediting your wallet — an earlier-looking "funds received" event is not yet safe to treat as final, so you may briefly see Pending or Under Review before Completed.
- Why do I need to select my mobile network operator when depositing via mobile money? In several countries, a mobile money deposit requires you to specify which network operator (e.g. MTN, Airtel, Vodacom) your phone number is on — Paysavo needs this to route the payment request to the right network.
- What bank details do I need to withdraw Nigerian Naira (NGN)? Withdrawing NGN from Paysavo pays out directly to a Nigerian bank account — you'll need to select the destination bank and provide the account number, since Paga (Paysavo's NGN payout partner) requires both.
- Why does my first Naira (NGN) deposit take an extra step? Before you can deposit Nigerian Naira, Paysavo automatically creates a dedicated Paga bank account number for you — this happens the first time you try to deposit NGN, and if it fails you'll be asked to contact support.
- Can I link a bank account or debit/credit card to my Paysavo account? Paysavo doesn't work like PayPal or Cash App's saved 'linked account' — instead of linking one bank account or card permanently, you choose a payment method each time you deposit or withdraw money.
- What details do I need to withdraw by Interac e-Transfer? An Interac e-Transfer withdrawal is sent to a name and email address with a security question and answer — it does not use a bank account or routing number.
- Why is my Interac e-Transfer deposit taking a while to show up? Interac e-Transfer deposits are matched to your account automatically by reading the transfer email and checking the security question answer — if the answer doesn't match exactly, the deposit can't be auto-matched and needs manual follow-up.
- Why is my deposit still pending? A mobile money deposit is not credited the moment you approve the prompt on your phone — Paysavo's own code notes that the approval is only a hand-off to the provider, and your wallet is credited by a separate webhook/provider verification step.
- Why did my withdrawal fail? A withdrawal shows Failed when the payout provider conclusively confirms no transfer was created or that the transfer was rejected — when that happens, no funds are sent, and if your wallet was already debited it is credited back.
