Why your bank transfer account details aren't showing yet
If your USD ACH/wire deposit screen says your account details aren't ready, or your CAD EFT/wire instructions say they're temporarily unavailable, it's a deliberate safety check — Paysavo would rather show nothing than show the wrong bank details.
On this page
If you open Deposit and don't see your account/routing number yet, or see a message that your deposit instructions are temporarily unavailable, this is expected behavior, not a bug — Paysavo is deliberately designed to never show incomplete or possibly-stale bank details.
USD (ACH/Wire) — "still setting up your account"
Your personal USD receiving account is created the first time you need it, and creating it requires your identity verification to be in place. If you see a message like "We're still setting up your account for deposits. Please complete your verification in your profile and try again", the fix is to finish your identity verification (KYC) first, then reopen the deposit screen. If it still doesn't appear after that, contact support rather than retrying repeatedly.
CAD (EFT/Wire) — "temporarily unavailable"
For CAD EFT and Wire, Paysavo's bank details are configured centrally rather than generated per user. If that configuration is missing or turned off for a rail, the app is built to fail closed — showing "Deposit instructions for this payment method are temporarily unavailable" instead of any bank details at all, rather than risk showing details that are stale or wrong. This is intentional: showing you the wrong account to wire money to would be a far worse outcome than a temporary error.
What to do
1. Confirm your identity verification is complete (Profile > Verification).
2. Close and reopen the deposit screen, or try again in a few minutes.
3. If the message persists, contact Paysavo support instead of attempting the transfer — don't guess at bank details from a previous screenshot or an old transfer, since account details can change.
