Why does it say deposits to my account are "temporarily paused"?
If Paysavo's banking partner has blocked, suspended, or rejected your account record (distinct from the account simply still being reviewed for the first time), Paysavo shows a security-related "temporarily paused, please contact support" message rather than the generic verification-in-progress message.
Short answer: this specific message means Paysavo's banking partner has placed your deposit account record into a restricted state (blocked, suspended, or rejected) — it's a different situation from your account simply still being reviewed for the first time, and it requires contacting support.
Every time you try to get deposit details, Paysavo checks the current status of your account with its banking partner:
- If it's active, you're shown your deposit details immediately.
- If it's still being created, pending, in review, or incomplete, you'll see a message that your account is still under verification and to try again once it's complete — no action is needed from you beyond waiting.
- If it has been blocked, suspended, or rejected, you'll instead see a message that, for your security, deposits to this account are temporarily paused, and you're asked to contact support from your Paysavo dashboard. This is a materially different situation from ordinary in-progress verification and won't resolve itself by waiting.
If you see the "temporarily paused" wording specifically, reach out to support with your account details so the reason can be investigated.
