Understanding crypto trade status (accepted, processing, completed, failed)
After you confirm a crypto trade it moves through accepted, then (if needed) processing, then completed or failed — Paysavo only ever shows you these four customer-safe stages, never internal routing details.
On this page
After you confirm a crypto trade, it moves through up to four stages: Accepted (Paysavo has your trade and is working on it), Processing (only shown if it's taking a bit longer than usual), and finally either Completed or Failed. You don't need to do anything while a trade is accepted or processing — it will resolve to completed or failed on its own.
How it works
- The moment you confirm, your trade shows as Accepted. Many trades complete quickly enough that they jump straight from accepted to Completed without ever showing a processing state.
- If a trade is still unresolved after a short grace period, it moves to Processing so you know Paysavo is still working on it rather than it looking stuck.
- A trade only ever ends in Completed (you'll see the final amount, fee, and a timestamp) or Failed (nothing was charged beyond what's shown). Paysavo deliberately never shows you internal routing or liquidity-provider terminology at any stage — what you see is always one of these four states.
Troubleshooting
- If a trade shows Failed, check your wallet balance and transaction history — a failed trade should not have moved your funds.
- If a trade seems to be stuck on Processing far longer than usual, contact support with the trade reference from your history so they can look up its exact internal state.
