I submitted a crypto withdrawal twice — was I charged twice?
No — Paysavo recognizes a repeated withdrawal confirmation using the same request and returns your original withdrawal instead of creating and debiting a second one.
On this page
No — submitting the same crypto withdrawal confirmation more than once (for example, if you tapped confirm twice, or your connection dropped and you retried) does not result in you being debited twice. Paysavo recognizes the repeat and returns your original withdrawal instead of creating a new one.
How it works
- Each withdrawal confirmation carries a unique request identifier generated by the app when you started the withdrawal. If Paysavo already processed a withdrawal with that same identifier, it simply returns that existing withdrawal rather than creating and debiting a second one.
- This protection exists at two levels — the withdrawal record itself, and the underlying ledger entry that actually moves the balance — so a duplicate can't slip through even if the first check were somehow bypassed.
- A genuinely new withdrawal you start afterward (a fresh confirm, with a new request) is treated normally and will debit your balance as expected.
What to do next
- Check your transaction history — you should see only one withdrawal for the amount you intended, not two.
- If you do see what looks like two separate debits for what you believe was one withdrawal attempt, contact support with both transaction references so they can check them.
