Why is my crypto deposit address the same every time?

Your deposit address for a given asset and network is normally the same address every time you view it — Paysavo reuses it rather than issuing a new one on every visit, as long as it still checks out.

On this page

Yes — seeing the same deposit address every time you check for a given asset and network is normal and expected. Paysavo reuses your deposit address rather than generating a brand-new one on every visit.

How it works

  • The first time you need a deposit address for a specific asset on a specific network, Paysavo generates one and saves it, protected against tampering.
  • On later visits, Paysavo checks that the saved address is still valid and still matches what it should be, and simply shows you that same address again rather than creating a new one.
  • Address you can keep reusing for that asset/network — you don't need to request a fresh one before every deposit.

Troubleshooting

  • If the address shown ever changes unexpectedly for the same asset and network, don't send funds until you've confirmed with support that the new address is genuinely correct.
  • If you're depositing an asset/network that requires a memo/tag, make sure you're also using the memo currently shown alongside the address, not one from a previous visit if it's changed.
