Why are deposits or withdrawals unavailable for an asset or network?
Paysavo can temporarily turn off deposits or withdrawals for a specific asset or network (for example during upgrade/maintenance windows) without affecting the asset elsewhere — this isn't specific to your account.
On this page
Deposits and withdrawals on Paysavo can be temporarily switched off for one specific asset/network combination — for example if that network is undergoing an upgrade or maintenance — while every other asset and network keeps working normally. If you see a message that deposits or withdrawals are 'currently unavailable' for the asset or network you selected, this is a deliberate, temporary control and not an error specific to your account.
How it works
Each supported asset/network pair on Paysavo has its own independent deposit and withdrawal availability setting. When deposits are turned off for a network, you won't be able to generate a new deposit address on it. When withdrawals are turned off, you won't be able to submit a withdrawal on it. Turning one off does not turn off the other, and does not affect the same asset on a different network.
What to do
Try again later, or use a different supported network for the same asset if one is available and suits your situation. These windows are typically resolved from Paysavo's side without any action needed from you — there's nothing to fix on your end.
