Paysavo requires a certain number of blockchain confirmations before crediting a crypto deposit to your balance, and that number is configured separately for each network — it is not the same across every asset or chain, so there's no single figure that applies to all deposits.
How it works
Behind the scenes, each supported network carries its own confirmation requirement as part of its network configuration. A deposit that needs more confirmations on a slower or higher-value network will naturally take longer to be credited than one on a network with a lower requirement — this is a property of the underlying blockchain's security model, not something Paysavo delays deliberately.
What to do while it's pending
- Check the deposit's status in the app rather than estimating from a fixed number — the exact confirmation count and progress isn't hand-published here because it's configured per network and can change.
- If your deposit has been pending noticeably longer than usual for that network, contact Paysavo support with the transaction ID so it can be looked into.
