Sending crypto directly to another Paysavo user
Paysavo lets you send crypto directly to another Paysavo user's account without a blockchain transaction or network fee — it's an internal transfer that updates both balances immediately.

If the person you're sending crypto to also has a Paysavo account, you don't need their wallet address or to pay a network fee. Paysavo has a built-in internal transfer that moves the crypto directly between accounts.
How it works
1. Look up the recipient using their Paysavo Pay ID, a QR code, their email, or their phone number.
2. Review a preview of the transfer — since this never touches the blockchain, there's no wallet address involved and no network fee.
3. Confirm with a one-time code sent to your email.
4. The recipient's balance updates immediately — you don't wait on blockchain confirmations because no on-chain transaction happens.
Troubleshooting
- If the recipient can't be found, double-check the identifier you're using (Paysavo Pay ID, email, or phone) is exactly what they use on their own account.
- This is different from a regular crypto withdrawal to an external wallet address — if you're sending to a wallet on another exchange or a self-custody wallet, use the regular withdrawal flow instead.
