Why does my account say crypto is temporarily unavailable?
Crypto access as a whole (viewing, buying, selling, and withdrawing) can be temporarily paused for account-level reasons like a compliance review or account suspension — separate from and broader than any single deposit or withdrawal issue.
On this page
If you see a message saying crypto is currently unavailable on your account — rather than an issue with just one deposit or withdrawal — this is an account-level pause that affects all of crypto (viewing your balance, buying, selling, and withdrawing) at once. It's separate from, and comes before, any deposit-address-specific setup steps.
How it works
Paysavo checks a small number of account-level conditions before allowing any crypto activity at all. The most common reasons you might see this message are:
- Your account is suspended — crypto features (like all other features) are unavailable while an account is suspended.
- Identity verification is required — you haven't completed the identity verification crypto requires yet.
- Verification is still processing — you've started or completed verification, but it's still being processed.
- Your account is under compliance review — a routine or triggered compliance review is in progress, and crypto is paused until it concludes.
- Verification could not be approved — your verification wasn't approved; contact support to find out what's needed to restore access.
Troubleshooting / what to do next
1. If you're asked to verify your identity, complete that first — most access issues resolve once verification is done and processed.
2. If your account shows as under compliance review, this typically resolves on its own once review completes; there's no separate action needed on your side.
3. If verification wasn't approved or your account is suspended, contact support — they can tell you exactly what's needed to restore crypto access.
