Why is my crypto withdrawal pending?
A crypto withdrawal can stay pending because it's waiting on normal processing/network confirmation, or because it was routed to a routine manual review for larger amounts — neither on its own means something is wrong.

Short answer
Seeing your crypto withdrawal as pending, processing, or under review is usually normal. There are a few different reasons this can happen, and none of them by themselves mean your account or your funds are at risk.
How it works
After you confirm a withdrawal, Paysavo runs it through a few stages before it's complete:
- Routine review for larger amounts. Paysavo can be configured to hold withdrawals above a certain amount for manual review before releasing them, as a routine control. If your withdrawal is held this way, you'll see the message "Withdrawal pending review. You will be notified once approved." This is not automatic for every withdrawal — it only applies when the amount crosses an internally configured review threshold, and you'll be notified once it clears.
- Normal processing / network confirmation. Once a withdrawal is queued, it still needs to be submitted to the crypto network and reach enough confirmations there before it's considered final. Paysavo requires a minimum number of network confirmations (12, by default, though this can vary by asset/network and is configurable) before treating a withdrawal as complete.
- Extended processing. Occasionally a withdrawal takes a little longer than usual on the provider/network side. In that case you may see it described simply as "processing" with a note that it may take longer than expected — this is still being worked, not stuck or lost.
What to do next
- If you see "pending review," no action is needed — Paysavo will notify you once it's approved. Submitting a duplicate withdrawal will not speed this up.
- If it's simply "processing" or "queued," it's most likely waiting on network confirmations, which is normal for crypto withdrawals.
- Keep your withdrawal reference/ID handy — if it's been an unusually long time, share that reference when contacting support so the team can look up exactly where it is in the flow.
