My crypto withdrawal failed — will I get my funds back?
If your crypto withdrawal shows Failed, your wallet was already debited when you submitted it — the fix is a credit back, not a status-only relabel, and Paysavo's system automatically reverses it when the failure happened before the provider ever accepted the withdrawal.

Direct answer
When you submit a crypto withdrawal, Paysavo debits your wallet balance right away — the debit is not held back until the transfer succeeds. If that withdrawal then fails, and it failed before Paysavo's provider ever assigned it a provider withdrawal ID (i.e., before it was accepted for sending), the system automatically credits the debited amount back to your wallet. This matches how Paysavo describes reversals generally: a reversal is always an explicit credit back to your wallet, not just a status change (see [Reversed or refunded transactions](reversed-or-refunded-transactions)).
How it works
- Your wallet is debited at the moment you submit the withdrawal, in the same step that records the withdrawal amount.
- If the withdrawal then fails before the provider accepted it, Paysavo's system checks for exactly that condition — a Failed withdrawal with a debit on record and no provider withdrawal ID — and automatically writes a matching credit back to your wallet balance. This check is idempotent: it won't credit you twice for the same failed withdrawal, even if it's re-checked.
- If a withdrawal fails after it was already accepted by the provider (i.e., it has a provider withdrawal ID), that's a different, less common situation — contact support with your withdrawal reference so it can be looked into and corrected if needed. This isn't necessarily automatic.
What to do next
- Check your wallet balance and transaction history — a reversed withdrawal shows as a credit referencing the original withdrawal.
- If your withdrawal shows Failed and you don't see the funds credited back after a short wait, contact Paysavo support with your withdrawal reference.
