"Address integrity check failed" when withdrawing crypto
This message means Paysavo detected that a saved withdrawal address may have been tampered with, so it blocked the withdrawal as a precaution — you'll need to remove and re-add the address before you can use it again.
On this page
If you see "Address integrity check failed. Please re-add address" while trying to withdraw to a saved address, Paysavo has detected that the saved address record doesn't match its expected signature, and has blocked the withdrawal as a safety precaution rather than risk sending funds to a compromised destination.
How it works
Every address you save to your Paysavo address book is protected with a signature check. Before a withdrawal to a saved address is allowed to proceed, Paysavo re-verifies that signature. If it doesn't match, the withdrawal is stopped immediately and the event is logged for review — this is a protective measure, not a normal part of everyday withdrawals, so seeing it is unusual.
What to do next
- Remove the affected saved address and add it again from scratch, making sure to enter it carefully (ideally by copy-pasting from the original source).
- Review your recent account activity and security settings to make sure no one else has had access to your account.
- If you keep seeing this message after re-adding the address, contact support — this shouldn't recur under normal use.
