Crypto withdrawal verification requirements

Every crypto withdrawal on Paysavo requires an email verification code, and additionally requires a Google Authenticator code if your account has TOTP step-up configured and you're enrolled — if step-up is required but you haven't set up TOTP yet, Paysavo blocks the withdrawal and directs you to set it up first.

Paysavo requires identity verification at the point you confirm a crypto withdrawal, separate from any identity/document verification you completed when you opened your account.

How it works
A 6-digit email code is always required to confirm a crypto withdrawal. On top of that, if your account is configured to require a Google Authenticator (TOTP) step-up for withdrawals, Paysavo also requires a TOTP code — but only once you've actually enrolled in 2FA. If step-up is required by policy but you haven't enrolled in TOTP yet, Paysavo doesn't silently skip the check: it blocks the withdrawal confirmation and routes you into 2FA setup first, since there'd be no code for the system to check otherwise.

This withdrawal-time verification is intentionally separate from account-level identity verification (document/KYC review) — being fully identity-verified does not exempt a withdrawal from the email code and, where configured, the 2FA code.

Troubleshooting
- If a withdrawal is blocked asking you to set up 2FA, this means step-up is required on your account but you don't yet have an authenticator enrolled — complete 2FA setup, then retry the withdrawal.
- If you're not receiving the email code, check spam/junk and confirm the email address on your account is correct and accessible.
