How to find and verify your crypto transaction on the blockchain (TxID)
Once your crypto withdrawal has a transaction ID, Paysavo shows it on the withdrawal details screen with a direct link to view it on a public blockchain explorer for supported networks.
On this page
Every crypto transaction that reaches the blockchain has a transaction ID (also called a TxID or transaction hash) — a unique reference you can use to look the transaction up independently on the public blockchain, outside of Paysavo.
How it works
Once your crypto withdrawal has been submitted to the network, its transaction ID is shown on the withdrawal's detail screen in the app. For networks Paysavo recognizes, that screen also shows a direct link to view the transaction on a public blockchain explorer (for example Etherscan for Ethereum-based networks, Tronscan for TRON, or mempool.space for Bitcoin) — you don't have to search for the right explorer or copy/paste the ID yourself. Crypto deposits similarly carry a transaction ID once one is available from the network.
How to use it
1. Open the withdrawal (or deposit) in your transaction history.
2. Look for the transaction ID field on the detail screen.
3. If a blockchain explorer link is shown, tap it to see the live, on-chain status, confirmations, and any network fee paid — this is independent of Paysavo and reflects the blockchain directly.
Troubleshooting
No transaction ID yet usually means the transaction hasn't been broadcast to the network yet — this is normal for the earliest part of processing. If it's been pending a long time with still no transaction ID, contact Paysavo support.
