- Why can't I submit my business's KYB application? You can only submit once Paysavo's server confirms every required step is complete AND every beneficial owner, control person and director who needs identity verification has actually finished it — a person's existing personal Paysavo verification does not count for this.
- What to expect when filling out your Business (KYB) application Paysavo's business verification (KYB) application is a fixed sequence of steps grouped into eligibility, identity, addresses, business activity, documents, ownership, and declarations — your progress is saved step by step and you can continue from another device.
- What file types can I upload for my business's KYB documents? KYB documents (formation and ownership documents) must be a PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF or TIFF file no larger than 15MB — Office document formats are not accepted.
- How does identity verification work for a business owner who isn't a Paysavo customer? If a beneficial owner, control person or director on your business's KYB application doesn't already have a Paysavo account, Paysavo emails them a private, one-time link (valid 14 days) to complete identity verification directly — this never creates a personal Paysavo account for them.
- How do I request that Paysavo add a new supplier to Supplier Pay? If a supplier you want to pay isn't in Paysavo's Supplier Pay catalogue, you can submit a request with their details — this only records a pending request for review; it does not list or verify the supplier automatically, and no money moves as part of submitting it.
- Why does School/Tuition Pay say it's coming soon for me? Paying school tuition through Paysavo (School/Tuition Pay) is only available once it's turned on globally, or for your specific account if you've been added to an early-access list — and only for an approved school whose payout currency matches one of your wallets (directly, or via a supported cross-currency transfer).
- Why your business-owner identity verification link says it's unavailable A business owner's emailed identity-verification link stops working after 14 days, once it's used, or as soon as a newer invitation is sent - and always shows the same generic message.
- Why a business owner's verification status can differ from their personal Paysavo account status A business owner's KYB identity-verification status is tracked entirely separately from that same person's personal Paysavo account verification and is never copied from it.
- How do I create a Paysavo Business account? A Paysavo Business account is a separate account type from a Personal account, with its own signup and sign-in flow — once created, you'll complete a business verification (KYB) application before business banking features become available.
