How do I request that Paysavo add a new supplier to Supplier Pay?
If a supplier you want to pay isn't in Paysavo's Supplier Pay catalogue, you can submit a request with their details — this only records a pending request for review; it does not list or verify the supplier automatically, and no money moves as part of submitting it.
On this page
Supplier Pay lets you pay suppliers from a catalogue Paysavo maintains. If a supplier you need isn't listed yet, you can submit a request asking Paysavo to add them.
How it works
1. Submit the supplier's name (required), and as much of the following as you have: email, phone, website, country, currency, category, and which payment method(s) you'd want to use to pay them.
2. Your request is recorded as pending — submitting it does not add, verify, or list the supplier automatically. It always starts as pending, regardless of what you enter.
3. Paysavo reviews the request (this includes a KYB-style review of the supplier before they're ever listed) and moves it to in-review, approved, or rejected.
No money moves as part of submitting a supplier request — this is purely a listing request.
What to do next
If you haven't heard back after submitting a request and need to pay that supplier soon, check whether an existing supplier in the catalogue can be used in the meantime, or contact support for an update on your specific request.
