Why does School/Tuition Pay say it's coming soon for me?
Paying school tuition through Paysavo (School/Tuition Pay) is only available once it's turned on globally, or for your specific account if you've been added to an early-access list — and only for an approved school whose payout currency matches one of your wallets (directly, or via a supported cross-currency transfer).
On this page
Paysavo's School/Tuition Pay feature lets you pay a school's tuition directly from your wallet. Whether it's available to you depends on two separate things.
1. Whether the feature itself is turned on for you
School/Tuition Pay can be:
- On for everyone, or
- Off globally but on for specific accounts that have been added to an early-access list.
If neither applies to your account, you'll see a "Tuition Pay is coming soon" message rather than being able to start a payment — this isn't a bug, it just means the feature hasn't been turned on for your account yet.
2. Whether a specific school is actually payable from one of your wallets
Even once the feature itself is available to you, a specific school can only be paid if:
- The school has been approved by Paysavo and is active, and
- Either: the school's payout currency exactly matches the currency of one of your wallets (a direct, same-currency payment), or: your wallet's currency supports sending money internationally, and the school accepts payments converted from a different currency via Paysavo's standard cross-border transfer.
If a school you're looking for isn't shown as payable from any of your wallets, it's likely one of these conditions isn't met yet, rather than something wrong with your account specifically.
What to do next
If you believe School/Tuition Pay should be available to you (for example, you were told you have early access), and you're still seeing "coming soon," contact support with your account details so they can check your access status. There's no way to self-enable early access from within the app.
