Why your business-owner identity verification link says it's unavailable

A business owner's emailed identity-verification link stops working after 14 days, once it's used, or as soon as a newer invitation is sent - and always shows the same generic message.

Short answer: The emailed link Paysavo sends to a business owner or associated person to verify their identity stops working - and always shows the same generic "unavailable" message - once any of the following happens: it's more than 14 days old, it has already been used to complete verification, the invitation was cancelled, or a newer invitation link was sent to that same person.

How it works: Each invitation link is valid for 14 days from when it was sent. If the business (or Paysavo) resends the invitation to the same person, the previous still-open link is automatically invalidated at that point, so only one link is ever active for a given person at a time. Every failure case - expired, already used, cancelled, or replaced by a newer link - is deliberately shown as the exact same generic page, so there's no way to tell from the link alone which of these happened; if your link isn't working, the safe next step is simply to ask for a fresh one.
