Understanding transaction status labels

The exact label you see on a transaction depends on whether it's a deposit or a withdrawal/send-money payout, since Paysavo tracks them with different status sets internally. What each label means

Deposits (three possible statuses):

| Label you may see | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting on provider/webhook confirmation. Normal. |
| Cancelled | Internally called "Blocked" — the deposit didn't complete; any amount already credited has been debited back out. |
| Success | The provider confirmed the payment and your wallet was credited. |

Withdrawals / Send Money payouts (eight possible statuses):

| Label you may see | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Created and queued, or awaiting an internal approval step. Also the default for an unrecognized provider response. |
| InProcess | Provider accepted the payout; no final outcome confirmed yet. |
| UnderReview | Provider handoff timed out or came back unclear/high-risk; Paysavo is confirming what actually happened before doing anything further. |
| ActionRequired | The transfer needs more processing on Paysavo's side — commonly a provider/liquidity condition rather than something you did. See [My transaction shows "action required" — what do I do?](transaction-action-required). |
| Success | Completed — funds reached the recipient. |
| Failed | No funds were sent; the provider rejected or conclusively failed the transfer. |
| Cancelled | Stopped, including being blocked by risk checks. |
| Refunded/Reversed | Your wallet had been debited for this withdrawal and the amount has been credited back. |
