What to do if a transfer is delayed or shows "submitted for review"
A transfer can take a little longer than usual because of normal processing time on the receiving side, or because it's been placed in a manual review step — this article covers ordinary processing delays; see the dedicated article for what "submitted for review" specifically means.

Direct answer
Most transfers complete quickly, but some rails settle asynchronously rather than instantly, so a short delay after you send money is normal. If your transfer specifically shows "submitted for review" or similar wording, that's a different, more specific state — see [Why does my transfer say "submitted for review"?](transfer-submitted-for-review) for what that means and what to expect.
How it works
- Paysavo Pay wallet-to-wallet transfers settle immediately. Most other rails (bank transfers, mobile money, and similar) are accepted by the provider first and then settle asynchronously — Paysavo has to wait for the provider/network to confirm before the transfer shows as fully complete on your end.
- A transfer that's simply taking its normal processing time will show as pending/submitted rather than completed, and will move to completed on its own once the provider confirms settlement.
- A transfer that's been placed in manual review (see the linked article) is a distinct state from ordinary processing delay — Paysavo recognizes it by review-related wording coming back from the provider or its own internal verification step, not by a delay alone.
What to do next
- If your transfer shows pending/submitted and it's only been a short while, no action is needed — check back shortly.
- If your transfer specifically shows "submitted for review," see [Why does my transfer say "submitted for review"?](transfer-submitted-for-review).
- If a transfer has been stuck for an unusually long time with no status change, contact Paysavo support with your transfer reference.
