Managing your logged-in devices on Paysavo
Review every device that has signed in to your Paysavo account, see which ones are trusted, log a device out remotely, or block/remove one you don't recognize.
On this page
Paysavo keeps a record of every device that has signed in to your account, so you can review them and remove any you don't recognize.
How it works
From your account's Device Management page you can see, for every device on record:
- Browser/device info and IP address
- Whether it's currently online or offline
- Whether it's a trusted device (trusted devices can skip some extra verification steps on future sign-ins) and, if so, until when
- Whether 2FA/OTP is enabled for that device
From this page you can:
- Revoke trust on a device — it will need to fully re-verify (2FA/OTP) the next time it's used, even if it was previously trusted.
- Log a device out remotely.
- Block or delete a device you don't recognize.
Paysavo also sends a new-device sign-in notification when your account is signed in from a device for the first time, so you have a way to notice unexpected sign-ins even without checking this page proactively.
Removing your trust on all devices is also something Paysavo does automatically in certain security-sensitive moments — for example, after you reset your password via "forgot password," after a passkey is removed, or after you use a recovery code to sign in — as an extra safety step, not something you need to do manually in those cases.
What to do next
1. Open your account security settings and go to Device Management.
2. Review the list — if you see a device or session you don't recognize, revoke its trust and/or log it out immediately.
3. Change your password as well if you don't recognize a device, since that indicates someone else may have your login details — see our account-compromised article for the fuller recovery steps.
