Why you may be asked to verify your identity again even though you already finished
Even after a completed verification, Paysavo opens a fresh verification session automatically if your ID is expired, expiring within 30 days, or a fresh check was specifically required on your account.
Short answer: A previously completed identity verification can still trigger a brand-new verification session automatically if either of these is true: your ID document on file is already expired or due to expire within the next 30 days, or Paysavo has specifically flagged your account as needing a fresh check.
How it works: Every time you open verification, Paysavo checks your stored document-expiry date and an internal "needs fresh verification" flag on your account. If your document has already expired, or expires within 30 days from today, or that flag is set, Paysavo treats your existing completed session as no longer sufficient and opens a new verification session for you instead of reusing the old, completed one.
