- Why does Bill Pay say 'Coming soon' or 'Not available yet' for my country or a bill category? Bill Pay availability is set per country and only shows as available once a working biller catalogue, payment rail, fee and FX rate are all in place for that country's supported provider (Apaylo or Paga) — you'll see 'Available now', 'Coming soon', or 'Not available yet'.
- What happens if a bill payment fails? If your bill payment is confirmed to have failed on the biller's side after your wallet was already charged, Paysavo automatically refunds it back to your wallet as part of processing that same failure.
