Why does Bill Pay say 'Coming soon' or 'Not available yet' for my country or a bill category?

Bill Pay availability is set per country and only shows as available once a working biller catalogue, payment rail, fee and FX rate are all in place for that country's supported provider (Apaylo or Paga) — you'll see 'Available now', 'Coming soon', or 'Not available yet'.

On this page

Paysavo's Bill Pay is only offered through two supported billing providers behind the scenes: Apaylo and Paga. Whether Bill Pay (or a specific bill category) is usable in your country depends on several things being ready at the same time on Paysavo's side, and the app shows you one of exactly three plain-language messages depending on that readiness: Available now, Coming soon, or Not available yet.

How it works

For Bill Pay to be usable in a given country, Paysavo needs, all at once:

  • the country itself enabled for Bill Pay (not just listed as 'coming soon'),
  • a biller catalogue for that country with at least one enabled biller,
  • a mapping from Paysavo's billers to the underlying provider's own biller codes,
  • an active payment rail for that country's bill-pay transactions,
  • a fee configured for that rail, and
  • an FX rate available if the bill is priced in a different currency than your wallet.

If any one of these is missing, Bill Pay (or that specific category) shows as unavailable rather than letting you attempt a payment that can't actually be completed. Paysavo deliberately checks and reports every missing piece internally, but only ever shows you one of the three safe, general messages above — it does not expose which specific piece is missing.

What to do next

  • If you see Coming soon, the country is on Paysavo's roadmap for Bill Pay but isn't ready yet — there's no action to take, and no way to expedite it from the app.
  • If you see Not available yet, one or more of the readiness pieces above (catalogue, provider mapping, rail, fee, or FX rate) isn't in place for your country or category yet.
  • If a category you expect to see is simply missing from the list, it likely has no enabled billers configured yet for your country, rather than being a bug.

Bill Pay in Paysavo is only ever powered by Apaylo or Paga — if you're looking for a bill category from a provider Paysavo doesn't have a relationship with, it won't appear regardless of country.
