How do I get a statement of my Paysavo account activity?

You can view a filterable e-statement of your Paysavo transactions and balances from your profile, and export it as a CSV or PDF file, generated from your full transaction history rather than just what's currently loaded on screen.

On this page

Paysavo has a built-in e-statement feature, similar to a PayPal or bank account statement, for reviewing and exporting your account activity.

How it works

From your profile's e-statement page, Paysavo builds a filtered view of your activity — including transaction data broken out by currency and transaction type, an exchange-activity table, and a balances table — that you can page through. When you're ready to export, Paysavo generates the CSV or PDF from your complete filtered result set (not just the rows currently displayed on the page), and once generated, the file is available to download separately. Exported statements also include an authenticity check: printed/exported statements carry a way to verify the document is genuine, checked against Paysavo's records rather than trusting the file on its face.

What to do next

1. Go to your profile's e-statement section.
2. Filter by date range, currency, or transaction type as needed.
3. Choose to export as CSV or PDF once you've set the filters you want.
4. Download the generated file from the export/download link once it's ready.
5. If you need to verify a statement's authenticity (for example, one shared with a third party), use the verification option printed on the document.
